Jessica joined the Under the Oaks Catering family in August of 2008. She brings an impressive catering background with over 25 years of experience in catering for high-profile individuals such as Martha Stewart and organizations including the PGA and International Home Furnishings Market. In addition to these noteworthy clients, she has catered for hundreds of beautiful weddings and social events.
Jessica embraces the endless possibilities that come with event planning and finds joy in making her clients’ most significant life moments truly memorable. In her spare time, Jessica enjoys travelling, antiquing, collecting cookbooks and spending time around horses with her niece (an accomplished equestrian).
Upon graduating from The Culinary Institute of America in 1994, Sean Devine worked in both restaurants and private clubs in beautiful Charleston, South Carolina before moving to the triad in 1999. Prior to joining the culinary team at Aramark, he was the chef de cuisine at Bermuda Run West and the executive chef at Sapona Country Club.
Sean embraces the “never the same day twice” nature of the catering business and the set of challenges that come with it. In his spare time, he likes the solitude of doing yard work. He also enjoys being out on the water and is currently learning to kite surf.
